Adult Affirmation Cards
In every day life we have very little control over external forces throughout our day, but what we do have control over is how we handle those external forces and move forward. AND more importantly how we speak, treat, show up and view ourselves.
In the last few years, I have learned just how important self love & self care is, especially in a world where social media is so big and with that comes a lot of comparison and negativity. It's important not only for how you show up for yourself, but for the people around you and the world. When you prioritize showing up for yourself and feeding yourself with positivity, light, and love it creates a ripple effect and here is how; when you are 'fed' and you go out in the world you start breathing LIFE into others because of how you interact with them. They start operating differently; showing up energetically for their relationships, jobs, social media, etc. People start SHINING MORE LIGHT in this world instead of dimming lights, spreading negativity and hurt. The WAY you show up daily makes a difference. YOU make a difference
